Rooted in culture

Every ingredient is a word, and every dish tells a story.

At Maison Rêvant, we are telling the story of Chef Laura Corail and her expertise in showcasing sophisticated French-Caribbean culture.

Bringing her roots to New Orleans, she weaves the spices, flavors, and colors of Martinique into the cultural landscape of the city she now calls home.

We believe that access to exceptional food is a right, and that its role in society is to invite conversation. Maison Rêvant is honored to carry that belief forward one table at a time.

Maison Rêvant's cuisine is a celebration of what the land gives us. We protect it in return — prioritizing sustainable practices and sourcing locally whenever we can.
